SIGMA has  acquired ISO 9001:2000 certificate by ISOQAR of UK in October, 2008.for the scope of services including manufacturing, supply erection, test for commissioning of electro-mechanical works and trading activities.

SIGMA’s social contribution starts from its operations, which are directly connected with the social and economic well being of the community. Supply of electricity to the rural community means a transition from darkness to civilization: education, health, industrialization, entertainment, etc..


SIGMA intentionally provides the following social services to the community:-

• Works with the local government  to take part in  development activities and youth programs in sub city and kebele levels.
• It is a registered member of  Ethiopian Red Cross Society

Closely works with orphan children Villages such as Hope, SOS and Selam :-

provides the students with apprenticeship /internship programs to  let them gain practical experience.  Gives job opportunities to some of them.

SIGMA has regular donation programs for local NGOs, ISAPSO and Mary joy working on vulnerable children  and HIV AIDS.
