SIGMA has  acquired ISO 9001:2000 certificate by ISOQAR of UK in October, 2008.for the scope of services including manufacturing, supply erection, test for commissioning of electro-mechanical works and trading activities.

The level of performance of the Quality Management System processes is documented and controlled through the use of quality records. These records are established and maintained to provide evidence of conformity to requirements and of the effective operation of the Quality Management System.

Records are controlled according to the Records Control Procedure - SE/OP/002. This procedure ensures the proper identification, storage, retrieval, protection, retention time and disposition of quality records.
